I love playing soccer. I love the rush I get at the beginning of any soccer game I play. I love the excitement I feel when I send the soccer ball into the back of the net. I started playing soccer when I was four years old, and started travel soccer when I was eight. Over the years, my drive for more soccer has only gotten stronger, and I would love to play soccer in college! Being a student at one of the top-ranked public high schools in Ohio has never been easy for me. I use my academic struggles as a challenge to work harder. Not only do my teachers see my tenacity in the classroom, my strive to go farther is even more apparent on the soccer field. I currently play for Greater Toledo Football Club (GTFC) Impact, one of the top soccer clubs in Northwest Ohio. Playing for Pacesetter Soccer Club from 2016-2019, and 2011-2015 and 2020 with GTFC have taught me the importance of time-management and hard work. I played Varsity all three years for my high school, Ottawa Hills. I also earned:
I’ve had the honor of helping my high school team win our conference championship three years in a row, and I love playing for my school! I’m excited for the opportunity to continue to play soccer for my college where my determination and passion will continue and grow.
