Soccer has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Every time that I am playing soccer, all my stress and worries seem to fade away. Since I was young, I have always dreamed of playing soccer at a higher level.
I put forth all of my effort when it comes to playing soccer because I know if I work hard, then I will eventually get better. I am a team leader that is always trying to pick up my teammates and offer positive motivation. I always give 110% because I want to be a hard working player that gives it my all. I am very coachable and I pick up new skills and coaching techniques quickly. Challenges motivate me to work hard to prove myself as a player. One of the most influential quotes my coach ever said was, " It is okay to make the first mistake, just don't make a second. Work hard to improve from that first mistake."
Not only do I work hard on the soccer field, but also in the classroom. School is very important to me and I strive to do my very best. I take AP classes, honor classes, and college level classes because they challenge me and make me a better student. My goal is to sustain a high GPA and to have great grades in every class. Academics play a huge role in college decision making for me. I want to attend a school that meets my academic needs, as well as athletics. I want to be successful enough to be the best person I can be.
