My name is Lily Karsman, and I am part of the 2024 recruiting class. I am a midfielder on Century Gold Girls Academy (GA) 2006 team in Pittsburgh, PA. I also play for my high school (North Catholic girls varsity team). I have played soccer for as long ask I can remember, and I hope to continue playing at the NCAA Division 1 level in college. As my academic record reflects, I am a very serious student and hope to attend a college that is a good fit both academically and athletically. What makes me different from other players is my speed and tenacity and my ability to get along with everyone.
I am an all honors student with a 4.6 GPA. I challenge myself in academics and work hard to do the best I can in my classes. I have been identified for the Duke Tip Program, the gifted education program, a nominee for the Harvard Congress of Future Medical Leaders Award of Excellence, and the Future Leaders nominee. In addition to soccer, I am very involved with activities at my high school. I am one of four representatives from the junior class on the student council. I am also a varsity lacrosse player and a member of the yearbook and service clubs. I also manage the North Catholic girls’ soccer team's instagram account. During high school, I have accumulated over 90 volunteer hours. In addition to soccer, academics, and activities, I also work as a waitress part-time at restaurant near my school called Aladdin's Eatery.
Thank you for your consideration!
