Megan Lynn '21 Recruiting Profile

My freshman year on the high school soccer team was both a humbling and influential experience.  For the first time as a soccer player, I did not start any regular season games. By maintaining a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, I increased my varsity playing time and earned a starting position in our district final game that season. It is because of my continued dedication to the sport and the respect of my teammates, that I have been a leader on the field and a varsity starter since the beginning of my sophomore year. 

I have learned to value the importance of teamwork, commitment, and sacrifice. I believe I have the ability to not only compete, but succeed at the collegiate level. I am coachable and versatile as I have played center back, outside back, center midfield, and outside midfield.  I am looking for a program that will be a good fit for me both athletically and academically. I have the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program. My desire to continually grow and embrace challenges will make me an asset to your team.
