- 8:00am -4:30pm Itinerary A finalized camp itinerary with specific locations will be provided in a printed handout at camp. Parents are invited to attend all field sessions, and encouraged to stay for the parent meeting (after the camp introduction) and participate in the College Recruiting panel (after lunch). See below the basic breakdown of the day. Camp times are 8:00AM - 4:30PM and are broken down below: [8:00AM] Start Time / Check-In - ALL Camp (including GKs) : 8:00AM check-in. Be on-time! Camp introduction will begin promptly 45 minutes after it starts! [12:15pm] Lunch - Bring your lunch to camp (*NOT* provided by EXACT). Players & coaches will 'brown bag' it together, eating in a casual, relaxed atmosphere - players will eat lunch between 12:15 and 1:00pm. [12:45pm] Recruiting Panel - The college recruiting panel will begin immediately after lunch. This will run for about 45 minutes for parent and players. Players will return to the field to warm-up for afternoon games, while parents will have an opportunity to ask a select group of coaches additional questions (will need to end by 2:30pm). [4:30PM] End Time / Closing Ceremonies - Camp will conclude at 4:30PM with a closing ceremony followed by team/group photos. Parents/Players are welcome to stick around after camp to meet coaches that stay.
