Megan Rogers '27 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Megan Rogers, and soccer is a huge part of my life. With both of my parents being former players and my mom serving as a high school coach, it was only natural for me to embrace the sport. Soccer has become my true passion, and I can't imagine a future without it. I aspire to continue playing beyond high school, seeking a college that will be a great fit for both me, my future team and future coach.

I am committed to using the talents that God has given me to glorify Him through my dedication on the field. I work hard, both on and off the field, and I embody a never-give-up attitude in all my pursuits.

Academically, I maintain a 4.2 GPA and am enrolled in all honors classes at my school, including Biology, English 3, and Algebra 1. I plan to study exercise science in college, combining my academic interests with my passion for athletics.

In terms of soccer, I am versatile and can play any position. My primary club and school position is outside defender, wbut I can play any position on the field. I excel at kicking with both my right and left foot, and I have been a starter on my high school varsity team since 8th grade.  I was voted team captain as a sophomore by my teammates.

Additionally, I am a proud member of my school's track team, competing as a thrower, long jumper and in various races. I have earned All Region honors in the 4x100m relay and qualified for regions in shot put, discus, and long jump.
