Made the Girls D1 17U All-Tournament Team for the Tennessee Spring State Cup—Voted on by Opposing coaches—
My name is Brooke and I'm highly competitive in everything that I do, both in the classroom and on the soccer field. My Dad was a professional baseball player and set the example of chasing your dreams and working towards what you want. I've been told that I am hard-wired and high-achieving. I naturally want to push myself as hard as I can. Well, I want to play college soccer and I'm going to make that happen. They say that you enjoy what you're good at, and I have found success on the field and want that to continue in college. Coaches have told me that I have great field awareness, create opportunities with my decision making and passing ability. I don't exactly know what major I want, but I do know that I like Science and Math, so I am thinking about biomedical science. I love shopping, concerts, and going out with friends when I'm not in full soccer mode. I like spending time at the lake, beach and am pretty good with little kids. My personal core values include God, Family, Friends, and Competing. A big personal goal is to find a career where I can do something that I love, become financially independent, and be able to execute my own earning power. Recently, I attended an ID Camp where a current college player said to me, "It's kind of weird to think about, that your College coach picks your best friends for life." I've thought a lot about this and how excited I am for those lifelong friendships I make in college. I am looking for a team with a positive, impacting team culture that shapes the rest of my life. In my perfect world, I continue playing in college and can't imagine being done after my senior year of high school.
