A big turning point in my soccer career was the summer before my Freshman year in highschool when I got cut from my club team. The feelings of not being good enough for a team hurt so badly that I never wanted to feel it again. This caused me to work even harder and practice more than ever so I could get back on a team and show my old team what they were missing out on. This experience helped me be the player I am today and if it wouldn't of happened I wouldn't have been pushed to see I wasn't working hard enough to achieve my goals. This taught me that you can't just rely on natural talent you also have to put in the hard work and practice time to achieve your goals
