Alyssa Walden '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Alyssa Walden. I am 16 years old and live in Austin, Texas. I found my love for soccer around 10 years old.  I have always been a driven and competitive athlete. My collegiate goals are to not only compete in this sport but find a team I love and thrive in. I am a very competitive person and will always put out my best and full effort. Unlike other girls I am a leader on the field. I like to talk to my teammates and help them, which helps me. I love to get advice from my peers, and I take all feedback and learn from it. This makes me a very coachable person and allows me to become a better athlete. I can also play anywhere on the field. I mainly play outside back for high school and forward and mid field for club, which has been useful to all my coaches. As for school, my academics are very good. I am great at keeping my grades up and I am a focused and motivated student.
