Hello, my name is Isabella Hernandez. I am 17 years old and a senior at Medina Valley High School. I am an all-around defender and at times a winger or defensive midfielder. I have been playing soccer for 10+ years and am very motivated to play college soccer.
My initial club experience began in Houston, Tx at the age of 6 where I played with Kingwood Alliance and Challenge. At the age of 10, my family moved overseas. I have played all over Europe because my family is in the military. I have played for ODP Europe, USYS Europe, Eintracht Frankfurt, and MFFC Wiesbaden. When I played for USYS Europe, I was captain of my team for two seasons. I was invited to Region 1 ODP. In high school, I have made varsity every year and expect to again as a senior. Junior year, in high school, I was awarded MVP All-District Defender and made the All-Area team. Now being back in the U.S. I am playing for Classics Elite ECNL (RL).
As a student, I maintain A's and occasional B's. I like to be involved with school as much as possible even with a busy schedule. Freshman and sophomore year I was a member of the Spanish Honor Society. As a junior, I was the Treasurer for student council and will be the Historian for my senior class. My goal for college is to get a degree in Secondary Education and get a degree in Mathematics and teach high school math.
