Ella McMahan '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ella McMahan and I've been playing soccer since I was 5 years old. There hasn't been one season or year without playing on a recreational or competitive traveling club team. I have always loved the sport, so I am eager and committed to playing it throughout my college career in some form or fashion. I believe that with my positive attitude, open mindedness, and growing skills, I can be a huge asset to almost any women's college team out there, regardless of division. Academically, there isn't a time I don't remember struggling or failing in school. I'm ready to learn and become the best I can be. I'm interested in studying/majoring in journalism or English. School and grades are my first priority and I have no problem juggling academics with sports/other extra-curricular activities. I am looking for one of the best schools that has my major, then a good soccer program to work with on top of that.
