My goal is to obtain my Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree and become a Registered Nurse while playing soccer. I was a goalie and midfielder on the JV team at Lubbock High School as a freshman. As a sophomore, I was a goalie and midfielder on the Varsity team. For my junior year, I was an attacking midfielder and sometimes attacker. I had decided that being a keeper was not a fit for me anymore as a high school athlete. I am continuing to be a starter as a midfielder and/or attacking forward as I continue my junior and senior year, I had also decided on playing football for the Lubbock High School Jv and Varsity team as the kicker. It was a very different experience but a very helpful one. This is my last year in high school and with that I am on the Varsity Football and Soccer team for Lubbock High. This will be year 4 in Soccer for Lubbock High and year 2 for football. So to me when you ask if its just about the sports I will tell you, it's not just about the sports but that its also about the performance and focus put into the classroom, I give 110% in the classroom as well as on the field.I've been able to keep ahold of a 3.5 GPA throughout high school as it did end up to rise come the end of my Junior year and hopefully it grows as my Senior year kicks off. I strive for excellence. I motivate my team mates to make us the better team on the field. I will always give my best effort in school and soccer. I have a great relationships with my coaches. My past experience in soccer is that I’ve played for my dad since I was 3 and I am now about to turn 18 that's quite a long time in playing a sport for sure. He has been my biggest fan in soccer and football and has helped me throughout my soccer career. I pray he continues to be in the stands supporting me while I continue playing in a collegiate game. With the help of this bio I hope I catch the eye of any collegiate coach.
