I have been playing soccer since the age of 3 and have always had a passion for the game. Playing soccer at the collegiate level would be a dream come true and the example I want to set for my younger brother and sister.
I am very strong physically and have a very high soccer IQ. I work hard each and every game and practice and take nothing for granted. I pay attention to details, easy to work with, and play a very smart and disciplined style of soccer. I get along with my teammates and have the utmost respect for my coaches. While only being 5'4" right now I have always been physically one of the strongest players on any of my teams. I work out 5 days a week and take pride in how I keep up myself in shape year round.
As hard as I work on the field I work just as hard in the classroom as I strive to become an FBI agent. The past two summers I have been part of a team that has traveled to Europe winning an International tournament and then this summer winning a National Championship. My resume is one of a very hard worker with a true team mentality and through experience I have a knowledge of the hard work it takes to be a part of a winning team.
I am looking to attend a college that I can add value to both the soccer team as well and the classroom and will work as hard as I can to meet and exceed your expectations. Please see below for some of my recent accomplishments :
2018 Presidents Cup - National Champions
2017 Gothia Cup (Sweden) - Quarter-Finalist
2017 Dana Cup (Denmark) - Champions
2017 Frisco Shawnee Trail Shootout - Champions
2016 Plano Labor Day Invitational - Champions
Voted team Captain 2011 - 2015
Thank you for taking the time to review my profile and I look forward to meeting and talking to you very soon.
Thank you,
Caitlyn Hernandez
