Personal Statement

Hey there coaches, My name is Taylie Mickelsen and I will be a 2026 graduate from Manti High School, 3A Utah classification. I have been playing soccer since I was 5 years old and have had the ball at my feet ever since. I set a personal goal to continue playing soccer after high school and I can't wait to play for your college team.

I work hard in all aspects of the game (personal/out-of-practice training, team practice, spring and summer club team, and varsity high school competition). I am a starting forward and offensive captain of the Manti Varsity High School and Manti United club teams and love to lead my squad on the pitch. I just completed my junior year high school season and tallied a new Manti school record of 34 goals and 11 assists. I was named to the Utah 3A Allstate 1st team and Region 12 All-Region 1st team once again this year.
