Personal Statement

My name is Jaci Coles and am in the class of 2026. My desire is to attend a college that has a strong health profession program as I am interested in pursuing a career in PT or nursing.

I have been blessed to be a part of some very good teams with good coaches and team leaders that have pushed me to be better not only in games but in training situations as well as that leads to game performance.

I grew up in Utah and my family has always been an active family. I am the youngest of 3 kids and my older siblings all played soccer so there have been some friendly family battles outside and inside. We enjoy spending time in the outdoors camping and boating in the summers and skiing in the winters.

I am a driven young woman who puts in the effort to achieve her goals. I made the decision to change schools from my 8^th grade to 9^th grade year to attend a high school that would really challenge me academically to prepare me more for college and my future career goals. This change in school also allowed me to play as a freshman and make an immediate impact on our high school team.

Custom Built Strength is a private athletic training facility located in Ogden, Utah. Our goal is to help athletes of all ages maximize their athletic potential regardless of the sport they play. We make athletes stronger, faster, and more explosive. Our program revolves around data driven performance. At Custom Built Strength everything we do is based on increasing performance metrics like vertical jump, top speed, acceleration, broad jump, and strength. week in and week out we test and improve those metrics. your athletes will know where they started, where they are currently at, and where they are going. Obviously sports aren't just about physical performance, mental performance matters as well. We do hard things, all the time. Your athletes will become better at handling adversity, both in their sports and in life.
