Hello! My name is Hailey Ayers and I would like to further my soccer career to the next level. My main goal as a student athlete is to excel both on the field and in the classroom. I am committed to working hard to maintain a high academic performance while also dedicating myself to train and compete. I'm highly aware of the discipline, time management, and strong work ethic that must be maintained in order to play at the collegiate level, which I am fully ready to enact. As a player, I am known for my speed, agility, and field awareness. When I play, I am able to see the field and find my teammates in gaps which allows me to create plays as a forward. I am also a versatile player and will go where my skills are needed. I will always look for opportunities to ask how I can improve as a player because the work is never done. I have been playing soccer for 13 years and developed a deep love for the game. I understand the importance of teamwork and continuously motivate my teammates on and off the field. I am eager to bring qualities such as communication, perseverance, and resilience into a program and look to add on and enhance it. Lastly, I am very passionate about making a positive impact in the community and I believe being a student-athlete is rewarding because you are given a platform which can be used to create awareness and make a difference along with opportunities that coincide with my values.
