Eliza-Lei Sibbett '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Elizalei Sibbett, and I am currently a student at Elma High School. I've received all of the following awards during my time as a student: Varsity captain award (2021) District champions (2022-present) Second Team All League (2020) First team All League (2021) All League Defensive Player of the Year(2022). 

I am a defensive midfielder. I also play attacking midfield, where I distribute the ball and make effective runs when the opportunity is there. Things that make me stand out on the field are my effort and hustle. I'm always striving to get my foot on the ball, and move the game forward. As a midfielder, I am good at distributing the ball, and feeding the forwards with clean, precise passing. I also connect the field from the defense to the forwards very effectively. I am skilled in the air. It is one of my favorite things to do, whether it be to head in a goal, or just winning it from the opposing team. The main thing I am proud of is that when I do make mistakes, I have a good recovery rate. I always bounce back and try harder.
