- Beast Mode Soccer

- In the past, I trained with Beast Mode Soccer, one of the best training programs in the Northwest as they are coached by Seattle Reign Players. During these training sessions, we focused on technical skills, shooting, passing drills, and agility. Along with the training, we were given booklets to focus on the mental aspect of the game. The booklets consisted of what we did at training, our thoughts on the training, and short-term and long-term goals. Beast Mode Soccer was definitely a game-changing experience.
- Schmetzer's Toca Northwest

- Toca NW is a new program developed by Andy Schmetzer, brother of the Sounders FC coach. It is a training program where you focus on your first touch. Toca is based on a machine that shoots balls out with different paces, heights, and directions. The balls used in the machine are designed to be the "sweet-spot" of a size 5 soccer ball.

- I recently started training with one of my former coaches once a week. At his training sessions, we work on technical work, passing, movement off the ball, agility, shooting, and crossing. Since I've started training with him, I have noticed a significant difference in my game.

- I ran track for my middle school in 7th and 8th grade. My events were the 1600m, 800m, 400m, 4x2 relay, and 4x4 relay. I was primarily a long distance runner and my running coach always took note of my hard work and focus on the team. My PR for the 1600m
