I started playing soccer when I was 3 years old on rec teams until I was 10, then I began to play more competitively on my local premier team. I have always had a competitive personality in everything that I do. Switching to a higher level of competition grew my love for the sport and pushed me to excel mentally and physically. Through my years of playing soccer I have learned the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and leadership.
My dream is to play soccer in college while I study to become an athletic trainer and ultimately become a physician assistant. I want to continuously push myself to become a better person everyday as well as a better player and teammate. I am looking for a program that involves dedicated and motivated players.
I always look to challenge myself in every aspect of life. Currently in school I am receiving dual credits by attending the local community college through the running start program. I attend a full schedule at the college and a sports medicine class at the high school while also playing for my high school and club soccer team. I am very involved with my sports medicine class by contributing volunteer hours to help with the other sports teams; I have accumulated close to 400 hours in the last two years.
I am looking for a program that builds each other up and strives to perform their best in every activity. I have struggled playing on teams that lack dedication so it is important for me to play on a team where everyone is dedicated to doing their best to help everyone achieve their athletic goals.
