Growing up in a small town, I didn’t have the most opportunity. I however, never made this an excuse of mine. I started playing at the age of 4 with my local, wreck league team in Berkeley Springs, WV. Once I entered middle school, I realized I wanted to take my passion for soccer further. I joined a club league in Hagerstown, Maryland. I have been on several different teams in this area, but I currently play for Freedom 99’. I am a starter for Freedom as well as the high school team I play for. I am also a captain for the BSHS school team. My strongest foot is my left and my 2 dominant positions are Center Striker or Left offensive wing. When I decide on a College, I would like to go into a field Ecology. Because of my passion for science, I joined SNHS (Science National Honors Society). I am also in NHS, which I feel betters my education, my responsibility, and allows me to connect more with my community. Soccer is a huge part of my life, but no matter what, school is my top priority. I have many goals in life, and to achieve these I will need to work hard and never make excuses! I am ready to learn new things, whether it be in the classroom or on the field. I have always been a leader, taking initiative, helping my peers, and bettering myself as a person.
