I have always wanted to play college soccer ever since I first started playing competitively when I was 8 years old. I fell in love with the game right when I learned how to play around with the ball at my feet. I grew up around soccer since my mom played at UW-Madison under coach Greg Ryan. She was a starter on the team that made it to the NCAA D1 Championship game in 1991. It has always been my goal to make it and do as well as she did in her college soccer career. My strengths on the soccer field include my vision of the entire field, I am very coachable and love to hear feedback from coaches and teammates helping me to do something better, I have a great amount of speed up and down the field, and I will always work as hard as I can and give 110% all the time. I am a big team player and am always looking for ways I can help my teammates do something well along with myself. I know that along with skills on the soccer field, I also need the academics to help me play in college as well. I never pass up an opportunity for extra credit and my work ethic when it comes to school, soccer, and everything else in life is never ending. I have a 4.125 GPA and have made high honor roll every year since the 6th grade. I am in all honors courses for math, science, history, and english and am open to every challenge I get the chance to take and take them head on. Soccer is truly my passion and I am willing to do whatever it takes to play in college because it’s something I’ve been working towards my whole life.
