Sydney Norby '27 Recruiting Profile

I have loved soccer for as long as I can remember.  I started playing when I was 3 years old.  I have 2 older brothers that are collegiate athletes and watching them has furthered my desire to play soccer in college.  I love all aspects of the game and enjoy playing various positions.  I've been playing center back for the past year, but I am happy to play wherever needed.  I was honored with the best utility player award during my freshman year.  I cherish the lasting friendships I've developed with teammates through the various clubs that I have had the opportunity to play with in Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota.  I have also enjoyed giving back to my community by coaching U8 soccer and refereeing.  Although I have not decided what career path I would like to pursue, my grades are very important to me. I always strive to do my best in the classroom and on the field.
