My name is Ellie Boncher, and I will be graduating with the class of 2025 from Westosha Central High School in Salem, Wisconsin.
I want to attend a college to obtain a degree in kinesiology or biomedical science. After furthering my education, my goal is to pursue a career either as physical therapist or a forensic scientist. In addition to a good education, a goal of mine is to be a part of a competitive soccer program that will allow me to continuously develop and build my skills and abilities as an athlete. I embrace new challenges, and I look forward to the challenge that playing at the collegiate level provides.
I believe I would be a good candidate to play at the next level because above all I am coachable. If you were to talk to any of my coaches, they would tell you I am committed to excellence; I hold myself to a high standard; I respond well to constructive criticism, and that I strive to not only fix my mistakes to improve my game, but also implement what I am being coached on into practices and games. I believe my teammates would say that I am a model teammate who is dependable and holds themselves and others accountable. I try my best to uplift teammates and positively communicate on the field to reach success not only as an individual but also as a team.
I always give my best effort and work hard to be balanced as both a student and an athlete. I believe I will be an asset to the school community and be a good representative of both the college/university and its soccer program in the classroom, on the field, and in the community.
