Valeria Medina '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Valeria Medina and will be a Senior at Nogales High School in August , swimming has been my passion for 10 years so much that i commute 40 minutes each way to practice since my hometown does not have a private swim club and suprisingly  neither does my high school. I swim year round with Sahuarita Stingrays and  I am the current record holder for the 50m,100m and 200m breaststroke and  I still feel that have much more development ahead as I have been very consistent with my time drops and have attended State twice and most recently sectionals ,considering I commute only three times a week for practice due to the distance from my home I have been able to accomplish my goals but  there is still plenty of room for more development  and I am ready for the challenge .
