Diana Chan '22 Recruiting Profile

 I've always loved the water and found it to be my second home since I was 6 years old. Swimming is one of my favorite sports because it allows people to see immediately what hard work and dedication can bring to you. I am a highly competitive swimmer on the Terrapins Swim Team who makes sure to have the technique and time to excel at the college level. As a team leader, I strive to set a strong and positive example for my teammates even while inspiring them every day at practice to work hard. I am a very coachable athlete who strives to be one of the hardest working swimmers out there and recruits on a competitive team.

In the classroom, I strive diligently and maintain a strong overall grade average. I'm also a member of a program called "CSF," which stands for California Scholarship Federation, and I'm passionate about making the community a happier place for everyone and making people bright. I want to go to a college where I can challenge myself both in and out of the pool. I'm open to all possibilities and want to find the best college match possible at the highest level of competition. I strive to be a good role model for all of my friends and to make my parents proud.
