Jaylee Fullenkamp '20 Recruiting Profile

I work twice as hard as others in my school work and in my sports, I never give up on my goals and my goal is to play the sport I love in college and  continue to get better at it. I listen to whatever feedback my coach gives me and work harder to improve, if they tell me I’m doing something wrong I fix it immediately and I never mess around. Swimming is my passion and has been since I learned how to swim and to be good enough to swim in college is one of my goals I hope to succeed at. Every time I hit the water it’s like the whole world Disappeared and it’s just me in the water. Swimming is not just a sport to me it is more than that it is everything i have and do. I started doing swim when I was in middle and only started club swimming almost 2 years ago, but I learned to swim when I was very tiny and ever since then I would never want to get out of the water. I strive to be the best I can and I’m doing so I get others to want to be the best they can be also.
