Jordan Stiggers '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jordan Stiggers. I am a 5'6" aquatic athlete in El Segundo California. I have been competitively swiming for six years, and playing water polo for three years. For the first three years of my swimming career, I swam for USA swim at the YMCA for the Orca's Swim Team. I have been a team captain, I am very hard working, and always looking to improve. I absolutely want to play sports in college. I have no geographic preference for where I would like to attend school, although the locations are somewhat limited by the intended major I intend in pursuing, the Marine Sciences including Environmental Sciences. I want to attend a school that will challenge me academically. I want to attend a school where all religions are accepted, but a predominate religious school is not frowned upon. Also, I am looking to help ease the financial burden on my family wherever possible. My desired major is in Marine Sciences and Environmental Sciences.  The environment is is need of tender, loving care. I look forward to swimming and/or playing as freshman. It is important to me that I maintain the skill level I will posses once entering college, so that I continue to improve.  I have a personal mission to be as GREAT as I possibly can be!
