LARK SALLADE '25 Recruiting Profile

As a Senior at Westmark School, Captain of the Westmark Swim Team and member of Horizon Swimming, I am proud to be the first Swimming athlete to represent Westmark School over the course of 40 years.  I am honored to continue to swim both for Westmark School and Horizon Swimming in my final year of High School.

I have established goals with my Club/High School Swim Coach for my final year of High School and am proud of my achievements during my Junior High School season, qualifying for CIF Championships and Finals as well as Club season.  I set a new personal best in 100 Butterfly, landing 8th fastest performance overall in CIF.  I also paced 7th overall in the 200 IM for the season.  With Winter Age Groups (WAGS) closing, I am excited to have achieved 3 new PB's as well as be part of the Speedo Sectionals in the 200 IM Relay.   My recent qualification at Speedo Sectionals was an outstanding way to close out the short course season this year. I look forward to continuing to reach my Club and High School goals my Senior year.

I enjoy my time in and out of the pool representing my club swim team, Horizon Swimming, and Westmark School as well as being a Chapter Leader for The Neurodiverse Alliance, Girl Scout Ambassador, Member of the Student Athletic Advisory Board, Captain of the Varsity Volleyball Team and President of Student Council this year.

I am excited to complete my high school career with my teammates and friends. Some additional interests include volleyball, academics, and working/volunteering in our community. 

I look forward to continuing my passion for competitive swimming in college and explore available opportunities with my career goals front of mind.
