Hi, I'm Madison Flores. I have been swimming club for over half of my life! Starting in club when I was seven years old, I have always given 110%. I believe that there is no substitute for hard work and that it, combined with determination, has no limits. I have been swimming year round, whether sun or rain to push myself to where I am now. I made my first JAG meet (June Age Group Invitationals) in 2022 and also made both the Summer JOs (Junior Olympic Invitationals) and WAGs (Winter Age Group Invites) in 2023 and 2024. Pushing myself every day, I improved and went from not having the invite time to getting called back for finals and beating the invite time by 1 second. Not only do I push myself hard in the pool, but on the land too. I work hard in all of my classes and keep my grades high. I love seeing the results I get out of the work I put into it, that is what drives me. I love to push past what people thought I could do and show them that I am capable. Besides sports and school, I also find time for my hobbies such as writing and drawing, and work on them when I can. My friends and family have helped me so much in this and I have learned a lot. I love being there for them as well as my teammates. I truly enjoy the team atmosphere on teams and the memories that I get to make with them. I love being there for them and helping them out, as well as pushing them and having them push me to be the best person I can be. I look forward to my future in college and I will be a great athlete to be added to your team.
