Dear Prospective Coach,
Thank you for opening my profile. I am a Freestyle sprinter from Long Island, NY. I love everything about competitive swimming, especially being part of a team. I've been swimming club for ten years, as well as four varsity seasons for Connetquot High School. I've been on six top ten relays at the NYSPHSSA Championships, including a high school record breaking 400 free relay. I was named to 2015's Newsday's All-Long Island Team, and I have earned All-League, All-County and All-Long Island varsity awards.
Swimming keeps me focused, in school and in my social life. I like to push myself and swimming gives me a platform to always be reaching for a goal. As a prospective coach you should know I'm a great team mate. I'm reliable, dedicated, hard working and I bring a positive attitude. I'm very focused on my swimming, but at the same time, I also want the best for my team mates. I'm hoping to find a program where I can make gains athletically, contribute to a team's success, and become a part of a new swim family.
I am a swimmer who is still making gains and I am excited for my future swims.
Thank you so much for your consideration,
Emma Kopp.
