Abigail Griffith '17 Recruiting Profile

I started swimming on a team when I was four. My whole life I grew up around the pool and I do not regret one second of it. I tried many other sports along with swimming when I was younger. No other sport stuck like swimming did. Swimming is what I live for and love.

In school I have a 3.95 GPA. I have been part of my school swim team every year. I have earned an award each swim season. My freshman year I won the mighty in spirit award, which was awarding me for being the spiritual leader of the team. My sophomore year I won the Shield Award, which was awarding me for being the overall leader of the team. I won the shield award again my junior year. Along with swimming at school I have participated in my schools interact club the past three years. I have held a position in student council the past two years. I love all that I do at school. I believe God made me to be a leader and a swimmer.
