Breann Bracken '22 Recruiting Profile

I was only 5 years old when I was introduced to swimming, but little did I know that this would become my lifestyle. Butterfly has always been my favorite event until in the past four years, I was introduced into sprint racing freestyle. Nothing in the world gives me the same feeling as I have when sprint racing. My mind goes blank; all of my worries in the world are gone. This feeling is what has pushed me over the years in swimming.  My name is Breann Bracken, and swimming has been my passion since I was very young. Away from the pool deck, I love to spend time with my family and friends, as they have been my biggest supporters. I also enjoy spending time outside hiking, biking, going to the lake and ocean, and many other adventurous activities. Swimming has given me the opportunity to be a part of something, a team.  It truly is the best feeling to have a sports family that have the same interests and goals as myself.  I am looking forward to hopefully having a full high school season this year and a normal club season this year!
