Although I have only been swimming for a number of years I’ve continued to keep interest in the sport and am determine to better myself consistently. I have been able to obtain achievements such as “best freshman” and “coaches award” along with captainship of my high school team for the year 2020. I have been able to make state finals all three years of my high school experience. I have also been an alternate for CT State Opens for the past two years and hope I can make it next year. As a teammate I love to keep my focus on staying positive during hard practice sets and creating bonds with both the coaches and other swimmers. I love being able to go to meets and cheer on my mates and seeing them cheer while I'm swimming. No matter what I want to try to swim competitively in college because I strive to get better and hope to compete for as long as possible.
