2021 Highlights Personal Statement
I have been swimming for almost five years in both a recreational league and with USA swimming. My favorite strokes are butterfly, backstroke, and freestyle because they push me to my limits. These strokes require a lot of mental and physical preparation, and they challenge me.
While I am very fun and laid back, I am very competitive. That being said, I will never brag. I let my times speak for themselves. Because I have been competing in some capacity my entire life, I know how to discipline myself and hold myself accountable. I always give my all when I am passionate about something, and I am passionate about swimming.
