Hi, my name is Natalie Fritsch. I have been swimming competitively since I was 5 years old. Swimming has been an important part of my life since I started. During my swimming career, I have been on multiple different teams, right now I swim with Tonawanda Titans. Last year I swam varsity at my high school. Swimming has taught me many important life lessons. I have learned the importance of determination, hard work, and being a team player. Every practice I give 100% because I have learned that nothing comes easy in sports. Another important lesson I have learned many times is to not give up when you lose and to take the advice from your coaches and apply it to your following practices. Although swimming is a very important aspect in my life, school will always come first. I am currently a sophomore at Buffalo Seminary. I am enrolled in almost all honors classes, and always try my hardest to maintain good grades. I hope to attend a college that will challenge me academically and in the pool, and help me become the best version of myself. Thank you for reading my personal statement.
