I am currently a junior attending Melbourne Central Catholic. I strive for excellence not only in swimming but in all areas of my life. I have played cello with the Brevard Symphony Youth Orchestra and currently play in a cello choir. Playing cello has given me more discipline to keep working hard even if I don’t get it the first time. Academics also have a significant influence on my life. My birthday is on the cut-off date for schools in Florida, making me the youngest in my class, but I do not let that stop me. Through hard work and determination, I am a member of multiple honor societies and am always looking for a challenge in the classroom. I am also very active in the community and enjoy being part of a team or group. I am currently an altar server at my church, allowing me to meet many new people. I am currently working with the Brevard Special Olympics team. Working with these people has inspired me because no matter their challenges or disabilities, they are working to overcome them. I work hard to meet all the goals I set for myself and will never quit until I reach my full potential.
