Aika Swanson '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Aika Swanson. I am 15 years old and live in Maui Hawaii. I have been a competitive swimmer here for over 8 years. I guess you could say I'm a driven person, I dance ballet and contemporary, read a book per week, am a member and future president of my High School Book Club, I am a board member of Hawaii Swim Association and I surf whenever I can find the time! My best swim events are the 200 free and 500 free. My best times are 1.50.57 and 5.01.49 respectively. In 2024, I was the Maui Interscholastic League (MIL) swimmer of the year, Maui High School MVP for girls swimming and Hawaii State Champion in the 200 Freestyle SCY. I am currently a junior at Maui High School with a 3.9 GPA graduating in 2026. It is my dream to swim D1 in college and pursue a degree in International Relations, Finance and/or Pre Law. I am conversational in Japanese and would like to become fluent one day and perhaps incorporate this skill into my career. Please consider me for entrance into your college and your swim program.
