2021 Highlights Personal Statement
I started swimming when I was 8 and immediately fell in love. I was only on a YMCA team until I was 11, and then I decided to move up to the next level. I started doing a club team and dropped a lot of time. I never thought I could go to college with swimming, but I have realized that I can make it if I put my mind to it. I would like to study some type of engineering in college. I have done very well in school and I will keep working hard to get good grades. I know that I can bring an uplifting spirit and determination to a team.
