Paige Von Feldt '17 Recruiting Profile

I am a 17 year old girl who is determined to achieve anything she puts her mind to.  Ever since i was little and swimming  in summer leagues I knew that I wanted to train in this sport for there rest of my life.  IN 8th grade I started swimming high school and continued with summer league, which I still compete in.  Than in January 2014 I joined a year round swim team.

I train with top coaches for hours each day and also condition outside of the pool three times a week to build strength.  I stand out because I have only been swimming year round for a little under two-years, and I have already improved on a very impressive level.  I qualified for the second day of KY high school regionals in the 100 back and 50 free.  I then went on to swim the 50 free at state for high school.  This past summer at 2015 KY Long Course State Meet I got 8th place in the 100 meter back stroke.  My goals are to blow it out in the pool in 2016 and in 2017 before I head off to college.  I have set reachable goals in each event, and even though they seem hard I am training the hardest I ever have been in order to achieve these goals so that I can swim a the collegiate level in 2017.
