Katherine Woodall '23 Recruiting Profile

I would like to continue my academic and athletic careers at the collegiate level.  My best events are 100 back, 200 back, 100 fly, and 200 fly. I thrive to be someone others look up to in and out of the pool.    I take pride in my athletic and academic accomplishments.  I hold multi age group State Titles in SC and LC.   I won the 2023 KHSAA Region 8 100Fly and 200 med/ 400 Free Relays.   I was also the 2023 Region runner up in the 100 Back.   I hold multi stroke records at Lex Cath HS where I have also been KHSAA Region Champion in 100 Back.  I am 4 time KHSAA All Region Teamer.  I am also a KHSAA multi Stoke State Finalist.   I was named 2023 KHSAA Student Athlete of the year in Swimming.  I also own girls Lex Cath HS record in the Discus for the Track and Field team and finished 3rd in the State in 2022.    So I am a well rounded athlete.  I also achieved KHSAA 1st team academic status multiple times.
