Abigail Carnes '27 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Abby Carnes. I will be attending Notre Dame Academy High School this year as a Sophmore. I have been swimming since the age of 7. Since I started swimming, I have always wanted to swim at the collegiate level. My goals for swimming in college is to make a good connection with my coach, have a surrounding team that is positive, supporting, and caring. Most of all I want to have my team push me to be the best swimmer I can be. Playing many sports in middle school, I have really learned how to manage 3 sports and school work. I come from a very well educated school and I love to learn new thing every day. Practicing my school work has really helped me succeed in my school and sports with mental and physical growth as a person. Swimming have brought me so much joy and happiness through the new friendships and relationships I have made. I also run XC for my High School Varsity team and enjoy spending time with my Cross Country team as well. I am really looking forward to connecting with awesome coaches and teams!
