Personal Statement

My name is Isabella Longmore and I am happy to say I am a swimmer. Swimming to me is a perfect balance of effort, determination, and consistency. If you ask anyone who knows me they will often say I am very determined when it comes to swimming. Every practice is an opportunity where I could get better, the more effort that I put into practice the better I can be. I love the form of competition in swimming. Yes you compete with people but really it is you against yourself. It is you working with the water and against the clock to complete a goal. This is one of my biggest motivators because I always strive to be a better swimmer in any way that I can. I really love this sport. It truly is the best sport I have ever experienced. Thank you!
