Mackenzie Bushey '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Mackenzie Bushey, I am a Junior (class of 2024) at Farmington High School in Farmington Michigan.   I have been given a great opportunity to make amazing memories in the pool and I have a deep admiration for all of the great experiences and success that I have had as a competitive swimmer.(Club swimming for Drop Aquatics, now at OLY Swimming, as well as Farmington High School, Woodbrook Hills and The Farmington Glen Swim Club.) Accompanying all of those great moments there has been a lot of sacrifice and hard work along the way.  I am committed to swimming at the next level and eager to find the right University program for me. 

I have spent many hours on the soccer pitch playing club soccer for the Farmington Fusion and a two-year starter on Farmington High Varsity team.  (2-time team MVD) I am ready and prepared to pivot all of my energy and attention to my swimming. I will miss soccer, my teammates and the competition, but I want to put my full focus on swimming.   I am ready to take my potential and talents as high as possible and excited to explore a college program to continue my athletic and academic future.
