•As I start my senior year of high school, my future aspirations still very much include collegiate swimming. I want to swim for a team where I can fit in, contribute, grow, and bring the energy!
•Additional collegiate aspirations include earning a bachelor's degree in a core science-based field such as biology or chemistry, or a health science field such as kinesiology, or nursing. These degrees will enable my long-term goal of earning a Physician Assistant Master's degree.

•Yes, I am registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center, and my junior year’s worth of academic transcripts have been accepted by the NCAA Eligibility Center as of 06/27/2023.
• My senior year of high school will include High School swimming, and I have been elected the leadership role of Co-Captain of our swim team.
• I ended my junior year in high school with a 4.167 GPA weighted and a 3.96 unweighted. I have been on the Principal's Honor Roll many times.

- 2021 Ryzer WOLVERINE SWIM CLINIC | BREASTSTROKE

- Cover breaststroke from prone balance, to undulation, to kicking, to full stroke, with starts, turns, and underwater harmonics. The swimmer to coach ratio will be 3:1. We will focus on efficiency (i.e., distance per stroke). Swimmers will be videoed using camera phones, Galaxy Tabs, CVC underwater cameras. They will be able to compare their technique with videos of model swimmers. Each swimmer will receive a written critique of the various aspects of their technique.

- 2021 Mount Union Swimming Fall Clinic | Breaststroke & Butterfly

- This clinic is dedicated to the short axis strokes of Butterfly and Breaststroke. Swimmers will learn to maximize propulsion through proper body undulation in addition to arm and leg strokes. The staff will work closely with athletes to use strategy and skill to approach these strokes that many swimmers find to be the most difficult.

- My year-round senior club training schedule requires 9 training sessions per week. Sessions consist of both dry-land/strength & conditioning and professionally structured practice sets designed to mature elite swimmers to a high national level of competition.
