Jessica Bayer '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jessica Bayer, and I was born in St. Petersburg, Russia.  I was adopted as an infant and currently live in SE Michigan (Rochester Hills).  I definitely feel like I would bring some international diversity to the team.  I've been swimming since I was seven years old.  I have been swimming for my club team, OLY Swimming, since I was nine.  I'm extremely competitive, but I also love seeing my teammates succeed.  I have good relationships with my coaches, teammates, and parents.  I achieved my sectional level cut in March, (100 Y Backstroke), and my next goal is to get my Junior National cut before I graduate next year -  I'm not afraid to work hard!

OLY is like a family for me, everyone is close.  I'm looking for a team that has the same sort of culture.  I will bring a lot of value and camaraderie to any team I join.  Thank you for your consideration.
