I always work hard in practice and in meets. I am always finding new ways to push myself and improve my times. I also put in work out side of practice, whether it's getting in the pool to work on technique, going on an elliptical to improve my cardio, or doing a workout with weights to build muscle. Even though swimming is very much an individual sport I believe it is very important to bring your teammates with you and help push them to do the best that they can do. My favorite part of meets are the relays because everyone is pumping each other up, the adrenaline is building up, and then you and your teammates all work together to do your best.
