I am a committed swimmer and I train hard at every practice, however I am more focused on my education. In college I hope to get a bachelors degree in biomedical engineering and then go to graduate school to get my Ph.D or to med school. I am excited to swim in college for the experience of competing against people all over the country nationals and world titles. Being a committed swimmer and cross country runner makes me very good at time management which i think is a very important skill to have when it comes to being a college athlete. I am a good candidate for college swimming because I am always willing to improve, I will bring a leadership quality to the team, and i will work as hard as i can. what makes me different from other swimmers is that I a participate in three different sports, swimming, cross country running, and triathlons, and still keep up with school.
