- I have been training for 8 years. As i moved up through the program, the level of intensity and way of Training changed since I started in 2009. I started incorporating weights intermixed with swimming this year. Before this year I was mainly a longer distance swimmer. But now I mainly train sprint work. The current training process consists of higher intensity for shorter periods of time.
