Amelia Walsh '27 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Amelia Walsh and I am a distance swimmer from Elko, Nevada. I have been swimming since age nine. I work hard, consistently attend practice and am still dropping time.

Swimming has given me amazing opportunities, such as becoming an Elko Swim Team representative for the Snake River Swimming LSC. Even though Elko High School does not have a swim team, I have worked hard to meet all requirements and was able to letter in swimming as a freshman through my club team. 

I take pride in my grades and achievements and take honors and AP courses when available. I am involved in yearbook class and club and enjoy school activities. I competed on our high school‘s freshman basketball team last winter and enjoy team sports. My work ethic is strong and I am a lifeguard at the Elko Swimming Pool.
