My goal in life is to help others and be able to push myself to my best ability. My parents, older sister who got an academic scholarship to Rutgers, and most importantly my grandparents who unfortunately passed away in 2009 and 2012. After that I became more motivated to set forth my future with my sports as they always watched me succeed and were my biggest advocates. I became interested in swimming when I was little and unfortunately we didn’t have the money at that time to participate. Later when I was 12 I started swimming for an A Division team called sandpipers in east Brunswick. I liked the atmosphere and it helped me with my other two sports gymnastics and track. Through my years I learned how to cope with my anxiety and taught me high level leadership skills as I will be putting in for captain my junior year. My goals in academics are to maintain my 4.0, fulfills my goal in wanting to do honors, and be the sports therapist I always wanted to be. Some obstacles I have went through we’re having to adapt when moving to a new town, and having the anxiety which all together made me a better and stronger person. I take on strong leadership, like to be organized, energetic, and thriving to reach goals. I’d make a great advocate for any team. Even though we are going through a pandemic Im still staying in shape doing ab exercises, bike rides, runs.
